Action brought by the proprietor of the Community word mark ‘Airplus International’ for goods and services in Classes 9, 35, 36 and 42 for annulment of Decision R 310/2006-2 of the Second Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) of 7 June 2007 dismissing the appeal against the decision of the Opposition Division rejecting the applicant’s opposition to the application for registration of the figurative mark ‘A+’ for goods and services in Classes 9, 35, 36, 37, 40, 41 and 42.T-24/08 Weldebräu v OHMI – Kofola Holding (Forme d’une bouteille à goulot hélicoïdal)
Action for annulment brought by the proprietor of a three-dimensional mark in the shape of a particular bottle for goods in Classes 21, 32 and 33 against the decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) of 15 November 2007 in Case R 1096/2006-4 dismissing the appeal against the Opposition Division’s decision which rejected the opposition brought by the applicant against the application for registration of a three-dimensional mark in the shape of a particular bottle in respect of goods in Classes 30, 32 and 33 .T-315/09 Hoelzer v OHMI (SAFELOAD)
Annulment of the decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) of 3 June 2009 (Case R 1157/20084) dismissing the appeal against the examiner’s decision refusing registration of the figurative mark ‘SAFELOAD’ for goods in Classes 6 and 12.
