Das US Patent & Trademark Office erwartet die einmillionste Markenanmeldung über das Onlinetool TEAS.
Washington, D.C . – The Department of Commerce’s United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will mark an important milestone in its history–the one millionth Web-based trademark filing using the USPTO’s award-winning Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS). This achievement will be commemorated on Wednesday, January 10, at 5 p.m. (ET).
Special recognition will be given to Donald Junck, an entrepreneur from Sioux Falls, SD, who filed the one millionth trademark application via TEAS to protect the trademark Bait Craft, which is used for fishing tackle boxes. The program will also recognize Mattel Corporation and the New York City-based law firm of Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, P.C.- the most active corporate and law firm users of TEAS.
